closes. Your team, your partners and your customer work from one live account
plan — the goals, the owners, the next steps and how the customer actually
feels — instead of a scatter of decks, spreadsheets and stale QBR docs. It is
built AI-native from the schema up, so your AI can read it, update it and do
the drudge work for you.

## The workspace

Four stages carry an account from first discovery to renewal, all shipped and
in the product today:

- **Discover** — capture goals, friction, and what the customer is trying to change.
- **Qualify** — value drivers, ROI assumptions, and a case both sides believe.
- **Plan** — success plans, stakeholder maps, journeys and milestones, with owners and dates.
- **Engage** — surveys, questionnaires, events and adoption tracking, tied back to the account.

Invite the customer into their own scoped workspace and give partners
view-only access: a shared space, not a private internal doc. Pin what you
have learned so it stays put — do the work once, stop re-asking every login.

## The intelligence

Satisfaction surveys collect the customer's own words. bluplai reads every
response and returns a six-level sentiment read, the top pain points, and
specific recommended actions — an action list, not a spreadsheet of comments.

One command connects Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, or any MCP client:

Approve access in your browser, pick your organisation, and your AI can read
and update your whole workspace — 36 tools, your permissions, the same audit

## Trust and focus

We don't sync everything — bring the accounts that matter. Every
organisation's data is isolated with row-level security; access is OAuth 2.1
with browser consent, rotating revocable tokens, and one audit trail for
humans and agents alike.
