• Workspace and content data. Information you create or upload inside the Service — organizations, customers, stakeholders, projects, surveys, and documents you author.
• Usage data. Pages visited, features used, device and browser type, IP address, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Service reliable and to improve it.
• Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest with our infrastructure providers, and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication where available.

6. International transfers

Bluplai is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate.

7. Your rights
