How the model works
Bluplai separates the people who own customer work from the people invited into a customer workspace. That keeps billing simple and customer access scoped.
Paid internal seats under your organization. Each user can sit on Starter, Pro, or Scale depending on the customer capacity they need.
Account workspaces such as Autodesk or Siemens. Customer capacity is attached to the licensed organization user.
Customer-side invite slots inside one customer workspace. Client seats cannot see other customers or create their own workspaces.
Paid add-on access for assigned customer visibility across the organization. Partners are view-only unless upgraded to organization users.
